Inspiration

Rajul Wasim Jiddaan – ‘A Handsome Man This Way’
He gazes directly into the camera: all dreamy brown eyes, smouldering good looks and chiseled features. It’s certainly a striking image, but is Omar Borkan Al Gala, poet, actor and internet sensation, one of the men who was too sexy for Saudi Arabia? Omar Borkan Al Gala is an Iraqi-Emirati model, actor and photographer. He became internationally notorious in 2013 after purportedly being expelled from Saudi Arabia for being “too handsome”by the authorities as they felt his good looks might corrupt impressionable women at the annual Janadriyah Festival. The story became viral on social media. Today, Omar Borkan has more than 1 million followers on his Instagram page. Before Omar’s career took off in Dubai as actor and model, he went to Vancouver to continue his studies in acting and modelling.
